ABOUT THE COLLECTION
Virginia-based creative couple Dave and Sandra Goodrich share many artistic interests. Although their lives mostly revolve around the music world, the pair also spend time in the world of visual arts…and every so often they produce a new line of luxurious hand-painted silks.
Their latest collection of wearable silk art—Power Song Tribe™ SWAG—is named in honor of the empowerment through song company they co-founded.
Preferring a more organic approach to painting silk, they aim for abstract designs and rich colors that are reminiscent of nature and the cosmos. Using opulent French dyes and sumptuous silks, they employ a mélange of painting techniques to create multi-faceted, layered designs that offer a luxe and empowering experience for the wearer.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
As a solo artist, Dave Goodrich has over 17 commercial releases. His original recordings have woven their waves into TV shows aired on 6 continents—including shows hosted by Oprah Winfrey and Martha Stewart—and have been licensed by companies such as Red Bull Media House. A voice and songwriting coach as well, Dave hosts the podcasts 15 Minutes with Dave Goodrich and Ask Dave How to Music. When he is not creating music or art, you can usually find him out in nature, looking for adventure and inspiration.
